Resolution 05/01: Bad Weather Policy

Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Edgewood Public Library, Edgewood, Iowa

In the case of bad weather and school has been cancelled for the day, the Edgewood Public Library will be closed.

If inclement weather comes in on a non-school day or during the day, the Library Director will make the decision on when to close the library. Posting of closings will be listed with the local radio stations (KCTN 100.1 and KMCH 94.7), local news stations (channels 2,7, and 9), and on our social media page.

If there are any scheduled programs that day, the program(s) will be cancelled and may be only rescheduled as scheduling allows.
